Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Our card delivery in the UK is expected to be within 5-7 working days, however for overseas orders this will take longer.
Canvases and Art Works may take a little longer to process particularly if the item is not in stock, but we will keep you informed by email or telephone,
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email. On rare occasions if there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by email or telephone.
Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
Cancellation of Orders.
If you want to cancel your order for any reason prior to it being dispatched please contact us at sales@jkeyecandy.com or telephone 01302 390541 stating your name and order number. Please note: if your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted where no personalisation has been requested.
Refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods.
Any item found to be damaged or faulty on receipt please contact sales@jkeyecandy.com by email. You can either choose a replacement or a refund upon our receipt of the returned goods. The item must be returned securely packed. Refunds will be made by way of your original payment method.
Damage in Transit.
Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, details must be noted on any delivery documents that come with your order and it is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours. If your goods are severely damaged you have the option of refusing delivery. We must then be notified and a replacement or refund will be issued on our receipt of the goods.
Availability of Goods.
All our products are handmade and subject to availability so orders that have to be made up may take longer to be dispatched.
Incorrect Goods
If you receive any incorrect goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of delivery. The items must not be used and remain unmarked in the original packaging.
Returns Policy.
All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee (excluding postage).
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days in which to return it from the date you received it for a refund or exchange provided it is unused and unmarked and also in its original packaging or packed as securely as you received it. All refunds will only be given on our receiving of the returned goods. You will be refunded the total cost of the returned item less a handling charge as soon as we receive the item back. This charge is to cover processing of the refund.

The use of a recorded delivery service is recommended for your protection.
Please note that unless the item is faulty or sent to you by mistake, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Any refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order. When a refund is processed it usually reaches your account within 4 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be cleared and credited.
Proof of dispatched returned goods is essential in case of lost items and will be needed in processing refunds.

Items not yet dispatched, JKeyeCandy will refund your total payment. Refunds will be made by way of your original payment.
