Information is stored in our database and all passwords are stored using md5 encryption, we recommend you use a strong password and that you do not share it with anyone else. JKeyecandy staff will never ask for your password in any communications (In fact we don’t know your password because as stated above, it is stored in our database as a none reversible md5 hash key)
The information we hold in our database about you will be used only to process your order, it will not be sold or shared with anyone else and we will not be used for advertising. We do have a email newsletter which you have the option to receive if you choose. You can contact jkeyecandy at any time and request the information we store in our database about you to be deleted.

Payment and debit/ credit card information.
At this stage we thought customers would be more comfortable using tried and tested secure payment methods that protect both you the customer and our business, for this reason we made the choice not to process our own payments and opt to use the secure payment system provided by PayPal.
We would like to make it clear that jkeyecandy will never ask you to provide any form of payment information when using our web site. During the checkout/payment process you will be automatically taken to the highly secure PayPal payment server to complete that part of the process, the PayPal server will then inform our server that payment has been taken and the order is complete.
