These terms and conditions of use (“terms of use”) apply to the entire contents of this website under the domain name www.jkeyecandy.com.
JKeyecandy reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of use at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to periodically visit jkeyecandy.com to review the current terms of use, as they are binding on you.

Disclaimer.
Of the fullest extent permitted at law, jkeyecandy is providing this website on an “as is” basis and makes no warranty or representations as to :
a. the accuracy of information provided
b. that the service and functions offered will be error free or uninterrupted; or
c. about the merchantability or suitability of products for a particular purpose jkeyecandy.com nor any of it’s agents, directors, employees of other representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any damages of loss by users or third parties or damages to properties resulting from the use of our website, however incurred.
d. we will do our up most to deliver your Goods by the stated delivery period or if possible the date you have asked for.
But cannot be held responsible for goods that have been dispatched and arrive late due to events out of our control for example postal strikes/disputes.

Governing Law.
Your use of jkeyecandy.com website and any purchase made by you on this website of any product is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the UK.

Copyright.

All images on the website are under copyright laws and owned by JKeyeCandy. Images must not be taken off the site without express permission from JKeyeCandy. Any unautherised use of any images on the site will be persued and legal action will be taken.

Site Content.
This site does contain some artistic nudity. If this subject offends you or your Country does not allow you to look at such material please leave immediately.

Delivery.
Our card delivery in the UK is expected to be within 5-7 working days, however for overseas orders this will take longer.
Canvases and Art Works may take a little longer to process particularly if the item is not in stock, but we will keep you informed by email or telephone,

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email. On rare occasions if there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by email or telephone.

Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

Cancellation of Orders.
If you want to cancel your order for any reason prior to it being dispatched please contact us at sales@jkeyecandy.com or telephone 01302 390541 stating your name and order number. Please note: if your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted where no personalisation has been requested.

Refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods.
Any item found to be damaged or faulty on receipt please contact  sales@jkeyecandy.com by email. You can either choose a replacement or a refund upon our receipt of the returned goods. The item must be returned securely packed. Refunds will be made by way of your original payment method.

Damage in Transit.
Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, details must be noted on any delivery documents that come with your order and it is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours. If your goods are severely damaged you have the option of refusing delivery. We must then be notified and a replacement or refund will be issued on our receipt of the goods.

Availability of Goods.
All our products are handmade and subject to availability so orders that have to be made up may take longer to be dispatched.

Incorrect Goods.
If you receive any incorrect goods it is your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of delivery. The items must not be used and remain unmarked in the original packaging.

Returns Policy.
All items are covered by a 7 day money back guarantee (excluding postage).

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days in which to return it from the date you received it for a refund or exchange provided it is unused and unmarked and also in its original packaging or packed as securely as you received it. All refunds will only be given on our receiving of the returned goods. You will be refunded the total cost of the returned item less a handling charge as soon as we receive the item back. This charge is to cover processing of the refund.

All other items £10 per item

The use of a recorded delivery service is recommended for your protection.

Please note that unless the item is faulty or sent to you by mistake, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Any refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order. When a refund is processed it usually reaches your account within 4 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be cleared and credited.

Proof of dispatched returned goods is essential in case of lost items and will be needed in processing refunds.

Refunds for Goods not dispatched.
Items not yet dispatched, jkeyecandy will refund your total payment. Refunds will be made by way of your original payment.

Privacy Policy.
Here at JKeyecandy we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you to process your order and provide a personalised service will be kept strictly confidential and only be used for us and not be given to any outside third parties. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information whatsoever. Any information you provide us with will be stored securely as required by the Data Protection Act of 1994 and 1998 and will be password protected.

We reserve the right to co-operate with legal officials in the investigation of unlawful activities on our website. JKeyecandy have no legal liability for such disclosures.
